Our life and moods depend entierly of us. We choose how to live our lives, which means that we choose the way we feel about it.
Lately, i’ve been feeling down, and I’ve constantly been in one of the moods where everything and everyone made me angry or sad. But today, I finally felt good and free and happy and grateful for the life I am living. So I realised that are so many things in our lives, in my life, that should make us happy and grateful and I decided to share some of them with you.
So here are 10 reasons to be happy about:
- Having a family that loves you endlessly even though it doesn’t always show.
- Having a couple of best friends to always be there for you when you need them.
- Having food to eat and clean water to drink.
- Having a roof above your head and a nice house to live in.
- Being able to go to school, collage or work.
- Being healthy.
- Having a life-partner that you love and loves you back.
- Being able to travel anywhere, even only to the closest city next to yours.
- Coffee and books 📚☕
- Being unique and able to do anything you want to do.
So, this are some of the things I realised it should make us feel better and happy. Hope you will find them useful.
